This Application has been filed, seeking permission to donate Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh Only) for the construction of Dining & Kitchen at Sri Kanyakumari Gurukula Ashram in Re.S.No.511/2, of Karunkulam Village at Sitharamapuram, Therku Karunkulam Village Panchayat, Valliyoor Union, Tirunelveli District for the usage of Orphan Children, destitute and Widows, from the accumulation fund of C.Kandasamy Naidu Trust Estate of FY 2018-19.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Administrator General and Official Trustee (AG & OT) has submitted that the trust estate of C.Kandasamy Naidu is being administered by the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu as per the orders of this Court dated 05.10.1948. He has further submitted that Sri Kanyakumari Gurukula Ashram, which presently supports 140 children and 45 destitute widow requested for a kitchen with dining room and school office building, by annexing a copy of the quotation obtained from various suppliers. Therefore, learned AG&OT has prayed for donating Rs.20,00,000/- for construction of Dining & Kitchen at Sri Kanyakumari Gurukula Ashram.

3. Taking into account the averments raised in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Application is allowed and permission is granted to the learned AG&OT to donate Rs.20,00,000/- to Sri Kanyakumari Gurukula Ashram for the aforesaid purpose.
