O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.09.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 30.09.2014 to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of the State and has marked copies to various authorities, including the Registrar General of this Court.

4. Under Section 154 Cr.P.C, a complaint has to be lodged before the jurisdictional police and only if the jurisdiction police refused to conduct enquriy, can copy of the complaint has been sent by post to the Superintendent of Police.

5. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
