This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.03.2016 in CSR No.497 of 2015 and to investigate the same and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.03.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.141/2016 before the first respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
