This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.11.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry conducted and closed on 29.06.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
