2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted on instructions from the respondent police that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.1078 of 2015 under Section 4 of POCSO Act. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
