J U D G M E N T

(Judgment delivered by C.SARAVANAN, J.) The petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No.9442 of 2021. By an interim order dated 17.04.2021, this Court had granted interim relief and listed the case on 03.06.2021. The petitioner has subsequently filed another writ petition against the same order in W.P.No.11650 of 2021 and obtained an interim order on 05.05.2021. However, this order was vacated by a learned Single Judge on the ground of suppression of facts, by an interim order dated 12.05.2021.

2. Since the main writ petition in W.P.No.9442 of 2021 is listed for hearing on 03.06.2021, we find no reasons to pass any order in this writ petition, except to observe that there will be no prejudice to the petitioner, while disposal of the two writ petitions viz. W.P.Nos.9442 of 2021 and 11650 of 2021 . With the above observation, this Writ Appeal stands disposed of.
