This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1059 days in filing the above appeal against the conviction order dated 20.02.2020 in S.C.No.104 of 2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
