This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 296 days in filing the above criminal revision against the Order dated 20.02.2024 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate exclusively for Trial of CCB Cases (Cheating) and CBCID (Metro cases), Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 296 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
