Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.2992 of 2022 by an order dated 17.02.2022 i.e the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.SAMIULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2992 of 2022 on 17.02.2022, to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on first and fifteenth working day of every month. -sd/- 06/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
