Mr.V.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner's department submitted before this Court in compliance of the directions passed by this Court dated 16.07.2021, the first respondent has been appointed as Postman vide proceedings of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Tambaram Division, Tambaram in Memo No.B2/DR/RRR/2023 dated 10.03.2023. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on record.

3. In the light of the above, no further orders are necessary.
