(Order of the Court was made by M.Duraiswamy, J.) By an order dated 05.12.2017, a Division Bench of this Court disposed of the writ petition and adjourned the matter for filing the joint status report of respondent No.2 and the Zonal Officer, Zone-XV, Corporation of Chennai.

2. Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation of Chennai submitted that the authorities would take appropriate action for complying with the directions contained in the order dated 05.12.2017 made in the writ petition. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above, no further direction need be issued in the writ petition except directing the authorities to comply with the directions contained in the order dated 05.12.2017 made in the writ petition as expeditiously as possible.
