ORDER

(Order of the court was made by Dr.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) Petitioner, K.V.Kandhasamy has filed this PIL writ petition in this court seeking a direction against the respondents to complete the previous drainage work properly and thereafter to start the new drainage work from Kolathur Check Post to Kolathur Panchayat Office, as some of the drainage were left open and were causing public nuisance.

2. Upon issuance of notice, the learned counsel for the respondents has entered appearance and submits that the open drainages have since been covered and thus the grievance stands redressed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also, on instructions, submits that the relief as prayed for in this writ petition has been secured by the needful work having been done by the respondents and therefore the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Upon such submissions made by the learned counsels at Bar, we close this PIL writ petition, without any further orders. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
