Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to issue hall ticket to permit the petitioner to write the remaining B.Com., III year, VI Semester examinations dated 13.04.2019, 24.04.2019, 27.04.2019 and 02.05.2019 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2019.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to issue hall ticket to permit the petitioner to write the remaining B.Com., III year, VI Semester examinations dated 13.04.2019, 24.04.2019, 27.04.2019 and 02.05.2019 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2019.

2. It is now stated by the respondents, who accepted notice that the petitioner was not restrained from writing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

examinations. The matter was passed over in the morning session to check-up for the hall ticket in the website. When the matter was again taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing on both sides that the hall ticket of the petitioner was not blocked and it is open to him to download and to write the examinations.

3. It is submitted by the petitioner that he was orally informed that he would be prevented from appearing for the examinations. Had he verified the website about his hall ticket, he would not have missed his examinations prior to this date.

4. However, it is open to the petitioner to download and appear for the written examination which are forthcoming in the next week.

With the above terms, this Writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
