With reference to the grievances of the writ petitioner to include the name of the parents in the Birth Certificate, Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instructions would submit that the petitioner has to approach the Tahsildar, Salem (South) along with the original documents for the purpose of considering the application Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar, Salem (South) and produce all the records for the purpose of considering the application. The Tahsildar, Salem (South), on receipt of original documents from the petitioner shall dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible.
