By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims that he is an agriculturist by occupation and had two bulls for the purpose of carrying on the said operation. The petitioner would further state that one bull went for grazing and got electrocuted by coming in contact with a High Tension Power Line and died on the spot. It is the case of the petitioner that the said bull is worth more than Rs.50,000/- and he submitted several representations praying for compensation for the death of the bull, and the last of such representation was made on 3.3.2015, and since no orders have been passed, he came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.M.Varunkumar, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 3.3.2015, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
