228/2018) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Standing Counsel for the respondents the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) 2.This Court, in continuation and conjunction to the order dated 14.02.2019, is passing the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TNHB had produced the details as to the TNHB had produced the details as to the unsold plots in Manali Phase I and Phase II of Anna Nagar Division. However, this Court in the last order dated 14.11.2019, after taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, directed the learned Standing Counsel for TNHB to get instructions as to whether any other unsold plots are available in Madhavaram Scheme. 4.This Court also would like to know the reason for the unsold plots in Manali Phase I and II and the prices offered by the bidders, when the said attempts were made. 5.Post on 20.02.2020 at 4.15 pm.
