In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 488 days stands condoned and this petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, on or before 28.04.2023, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.
