ORDER

While the petitioner was working as Secondary Grade Teacher he was placed under suspension by order dated 7.3.2014, on account of his involvement in a criminal case and the consequent arrest. The petitioner submitted a representation, on 16.4.2014, requesting the first respondent to review the suspension. However, there was no follow up action taken by the first respondent, resulting in filing this writ petition.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.4.2014, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
