Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to give job opportunity on priority in the Tamil Nadu Government Department under the special category of Legal Heir Freedom Fighter to the petitioner based on her educational qualifications and direct the respondent by considering the proposal sent by the 1st respondent in his proceeding No.R.C.No.E3/34478/2013, dated 19.11.2013 to the 2nd respondent within a time stipulated this Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give job opportunity on priority in the Tamil Nadu Government Department under the special category of Legal Heir Freedom Fighter to the petitioner based on her educational qualifications and direct the respondent by considering the proposal sent by the 1st respondent in his proceeding No.R.C.No.E3/34478/2013, dated 19.11.2013 to the 2nd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a time stipulated this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to make a representation afresh to the 2nd respondent and it would be suffice to issue directions to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation in accordance with law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation being made, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
