C.M.P.No.9691 of 2019 in S.A.No.391 of 2008 P.T.ASHA, J., Mr.V.Srikanth has filed a change of Vakalat for the appellant.

2. The above application is taken out for condoning the delay of 14 days in filing the restoration petition in the above Second Appeal.

The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same being ordered and the delay is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the restoration petition and list the matter before this Court on 23.06.2021. The Registry is also directed to delete the name of Mr.S.K.Rakhunathan and S.Kingston Jerrold.
