Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, to direct the respondents to produce the detenu by name Seemon @ Simmon S/o. Durai aged about 36 years Convict No.5197 confined in Central Prison, Puzhal before this Court for premature release and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that State has considered the case of the detenu for premature release and appropriate orders has also been passed. Accordingly, the detenu has been released from the prison prematurely.

2. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this matter and the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as infructuous.
