ORDER

The contemnor is present in Court. Learned senior counsel appearing for the contemnor submits that the matter was taken on appeal and the Division Bench of this Court has modified the order passed by this Court in the miscellaneous petitions.

2. In view of the above, the contempt petition cannot be kept pending on the file of this Court and, therefore, the contempt petition is closed for the present.

3. The appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with and the warrant issued against the contemnor is recalled and cancelled.

4. List the main writ petition before the appropriate Court for hearing on 6.6.2019.
