Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to handover physical possession of Plot No.1220 presently Plot No.1220/2 measuring undivided half share in 2030 square feet together with constructed portion of building measuring 1750 square feet bearing Door No.1220/2, 20th Main Road, Anna Nagar West, Villivakkam Village, Chennai - 600 040, the present writ petition has been filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for taking possession, a petition has been filed in Crl.M.P.No. 3062 of 2020 and the matter has been posted before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 29.08.2020. 3.In view of the same, we direct the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to dispose of Crl.M.P.No. 3062 of 2020 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
