This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2015 in CSR.No.226 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry in CSR.No.226 of 2015 was conducted and closed on 27.05.2015 on the ground, for non co-operation of the petitioner in the enquiry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the enquiry.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and the respondent shall rehttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

open the enquiry and proceed in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
