[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking premature release of the convict - Sampath @ Pagasalai, (Convict No.5195), confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that this habeas corpus petition has become infructuous as the convict has already been released on 09.10.2019.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the convict has already been released on 09.10.2019, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
