ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representations dated 17.5.2018 and 14.08.2018 to measure the properties situated at Valasaravakkam Town Panchayat, comprised in Survey Nos.72/10A1A- 0.7.27 Ares 72/10A1C- 0.18 Ares 72/11A1A - 0.6.0 Ares and 72/8A1A1A- 0.12.0 Ares and to fix the boundary stone within the stipulated period of time.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations dated 17.05.2018 and 14.08.2018 claiming the relief as prayed for in this writ petition, but, the same are yet to be disposed of by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent, submits that if everything found fit, on payment of necessary charges the above said properties will be measured.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representations dated 17.05.2018 and 14.08.2018 made by the petitioner and measure the above said properties on payment of necessary charges and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested
