This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2021 and to release her husband Mr.Mohan, Son of Chinnaraj, aged 44 years, Ct.No.6965, Life Convict, confined in Central Prison, Salem for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

taking care of her daughter, who is unwell.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents and submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2021 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed in accordance with law within a period of 10 days.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
