representation dated 13.05.2021 and to release her son Mr.S.Abu Thakhir, Son of Sharif, Life Convict Prisoner, Central Prison, Coimbatore on ordinary leave for one month for the purpose of the petitioner's grand daughter's marriage scheduled to be held on 31.05.2021 at Coimbatore.
2.Since the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2021 to release her son on ordinary leave for one month to arrange for sister's daughter marriage scheduled to be held on 31.05.2021 at Coimbatore has been rejected by the prison authorities on the ground that such leave can be granted only to the marriage of the daughter and not other distant relatives, this Court is convinced with the reasons given by the prison authorities for rejecting the representation given by the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
