ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested on 06.03.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 120 B, 302 and 201 of IPC, in Cr.No.436 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had murdered the deceased and sealed the body in barrel and put it inside a well. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has been in jail from 06.03.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently opposed to grant of bail by stating that the case is of the year 2019 and there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner in Crime No.43 of 2018 and Crime No.395 of 2017. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the offence is grave in nature and the investigation is in initial stage, this is not a fit case for grant of bail.
