2017 and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case andd thus render justice.CRL.MP.NO.11519/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.VASUDEVAN Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the entire deposited amount with accrued interest, if any, lying in the credit of M.C.No.38 of 2014 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal and M.C.No.137 of 2018 before the learned Family Judge, Namakkal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the averments made in the petition and in view of the learned counsel for the respondent having no objection in allowing this petition, I am inclined to allow this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
