This petition has been preferred for impleading the Town Vending Committee, Zone-V, Greater Chennai Corporation, as respondent No.5 in the writ petition.

Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel takes notice for the proposed respondent and states that he has no objection to the Town Vending Committee, Zone-V, Greater Chennai Corporation, being added as respondent in the writ petition.

Being satisfied with the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the proposed fifth respondent, this impleading petition is ordered.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
