Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent has withdrawn the H.M.O.P filed by him on 19.01.2018 and therefore the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
