This petition is filed to condone the delay of 347 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondent.

Though it is strictly opposed by Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondent, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 347 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
