O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to file charge sheet/final report based on the FIR in Crime No.69 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the 2nd respondent Police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 26.03.2025, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2nd respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
