ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to construct the sufficient class rooms in the petitioner's Government Higher Secondary School situated in Kunnathur Village, Uludurpet Taluk, Villupuram District, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that when once the funds are sanctioned by the Government, they are willing to construct the class rooms in Government Higher Secondary School of Kunnathur Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Villupuram District. We expect the Government to sanction the necessary amount for construction of class rooms immediately, as the students shall not be put to any suffering and the construction shall be completed on or before 1st March, 2019.
