ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to pay the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.14,02,906/- alone in 06 equal monthly installments along with the regular current consumption charges. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

3.It is noticed that already several orders have been passed granting time to the persons similar to petitioner to pay the amount in installments. The last order was passed on 12.05.2021 in W.P.No.11830 of 2021. In this case, the petitioner seeks for 6 equal monthly installments to pay a sum of Rs.14,02,906/- towards additional security deposit. Since, this Court has already granted similar reliefs, this Writ Petition is also disposed of by permitting the petitioner to pay additional security deposit of Rs.14,02,906/- in 06 Equal Monthly Installments. The petitioner is directed to remit the first monthly installment by 14.06.2021 and thereafter on 14th day of every succeeding month for five months thereafter. 4.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
