O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.564 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.306 of 2018 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur vide order dated 05.04.2018 in Cr.No.31 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Anuparpalayam Police Station, Tiruppur District.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 05.4.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.564 of 2018.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police everyday for a period of one week, beginning from 21.04.2018 to 27.04.2018 at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter, as and when required. If the petitioner does not comply with this condition, it is open to the respondent police to file an application for cancellation of bail.
