O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) at Thiruvannamalai, to number the application filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C for recalling the witnesses.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) at Thiruvannamalai, is directed to number the application filed by the petitioner under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. for recalling the witnesses and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
