By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2023. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation dated 12.12.2023 before the first respondent to rectify the mistake that had committed during UDR Scheme in respect of the properties comprised in Survey No.171/4B2A and Survey No.171/4B2B (Part of Old Survey No.550/4 and revised Survey No.550/4B) of Mettupalayam (South) Village, Perambalur Taluk and District, measuring an extent of Acre 0.68 out of Acre 4.41 belonging to the petitioner and his family members. However, the same 2/4

has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the first respondent in a reasonable time. 6.

In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months thereafter.

7.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
