M.Abdul Wahab v. The Estate Officer

C.R.P(NPD).No.1481 of 2019 & C.M.P.No.9689 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J., Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 16.04.2019, the revision petitioner has filed an affidavit of undertaking, undertaking to vacate and deliver vacant possession of the property on or before 31.10.2019.

It is made clear that the revision petitioner shall continue to pay the rents without any default and shall not sublet the property to any third parties. The affidavit of undertaking is taken on file.
