Today when the matters were taken up under the caption 'for reporting compliance', Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court to consider the petitioners' representations has been duly considered and the request of the petitioners to issue the pattas in their name also has been duly complied with. He has also placed on record the scanned copies of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Nemili bearing D.R.No.2019/04/12/000188SD dated 11.10.2019 mutating the revenue records.

2. A perusal of the aforementioned proceedings clearly shows that online pattas have been issued in the name of Mr.Rajenthiran, S/o Periyasamy Reddy in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.318/18 having an extent of 0.05.65 ha in Patta No.1444 and in the name of Mr.Venkatesan, S/o Chinnappa Reddy in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.318/19 having an extent of 0.04.45 ha in Patta No.106, Panniyur Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District. Therefore, the compliance of the order dated 12.2.2018 passed in the writ petitions is recorded.
