ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to rejection letter dated 22.03.2021 in Ref.No.Death Claim/SR736508139 and subsequent letter dated 07.05.2021 in Ref.No.KBK/2021-22 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and direct the third respondent to disburse the amount standing to the credit of Account No.235205000807 of Late A.S.Arumugam to and in favour of the petitioners without insisting for succession certificate in terms of circular 2/4

dated 01.01.2002 vide No.DBOD.BC.No.55/09.07.007/ 2001-02 and amended circular dated 04.02.2002 vide No.DBOD.BC.No.63/ 09.07.007/2001-02 issued by the first respondent. 2.

A memo has been filed before this Court by respondents 2 & 3 stating that the third respondent has disbursed all the funds available with it in the account of the deceased to the petitioners and therefore, nothing stands in this writ petition for adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
