PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other Writ or order in the nature of a Writ or direction to call for the records pertaining to the Legal Heir Certificate issued by the 3rd Respondent vide certificate No.Pa.Mu.9816/2015/a2 dated 10.09.2015 and quash the same and further directing the 2nd Respondent to issue a fresh Legal Heir Certificate of the 1st petitioner's deceased Husband namely Hayamurugan by including the 1st petitioner name and the daughter name (2nd petitioner herein) Niranjana along with the 4th Respondent.

For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R3.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for quashment of the impugned order dated 10.09.2015 which came to be passed by the 2nd respondent herein and for a direction to the 2nd respondent for issuance of a fresh legal heirship certificate in respect of the petitioner's deceased husband by including the names of the petitioners.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 17.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 23.03.2023. When the matter was taken for hearing on 23.03.2023, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 27.03.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 27.03.2023 NHS
