O R D E R

The petitioner who was arrested on 26.11.2019 for the offence under Section 6 of POCSO Act in Cr.No.16 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have committed penetrative sexual assault on the minor victim girl and thereby she became pregnant and gave birth to a child.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.8213 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 30.04.2021 dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.8213 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
