ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order passed by this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.A.No.324 of 2013 dated 13.10.2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3.Admittedly, the order has been complied with insofar as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned. However, the grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the interest for delayed and belated payment. We are afraid that it is not the purport of the order passed. If the petitioner feels that she is entitled for the interest in accordance with law, she can always initiate fresh action. It is also well open to her to give representation. With the above observation, the contempt petition stands closed.
