O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.133 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and used filthy language and assaulted the defacto complainant with knife and pelted him with stone, due to which the defacto complainant sustained injuries on his head and was admitted in hospital.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there was previous enmity between the petitioner and the defacto complainant due to which there was a wordy quarrel between him. However, the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is having ten previous cases. Hence, he objected for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that the petitioner is having ten previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
