ORDER

(By S.Vaidyanathan,J.) It is represented that as against the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.1622 of 2021, dated 03.12.2021, an S.L.P. is pending before the Supreme Court vide S.L.P.No.10067 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Contempt Petition may be closed, giving liberty to file a fresh Contempt Petition after the disposal of the said S.L.P., by the Supreme Court.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, with liberty as aforesaid. No costs.
