This writ petition is filed by the petitioner/sister of the detenu seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 21.05.2021 by granting two months leave to the detenu Kozhi Baskar, Son of Kumar, now confined in Central Prison, Salem on the ground that the detenu is a HIV patient and also infected to Covid-19.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents and submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2021 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed in accordance with law within a period of 10 days.
