The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.02.2023, in connection with Crime No.109 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 22(c), 29(1) and 25 of NDPS Act, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made and endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
