Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent Additional Assistant Elementary Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.583/A1/11, dated 25.7.2011, quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of Sr. Innasiammal as Secondary Grade teacher in the petitioner school from the date of her appointment i.e., 08.04.2011 and disburse the grant-in-aid towards her salary w.e.f. the said date.
